Overcharge Parts. When in to get my brake hose replaced after it burst while driving. I was charged $80 for the one brake hose part. As I was waiting for my vehicle, I realized I was probably paying too much for what it appears to be a 10 inch piece of rubber hose. I did a quick search on the internet and found that this part can range from $15 to $30 depending on the type of vehicle. When I confronted the service advisor, he appeared very irritated and just told me that was the retail price that was charged to them. I ended up paying what was charged to me thinking I should do more research. After doing so by searching further on the internet and calling some auto parts retailer, I was correct in my assumption. I was overcharged close to three hundred per cent of what it is really worth. This is disappointing because this is the third time I have had my vehicle serviced there. You would think they would value me enough as a customer that this would charge me fairly. I guess not. It looks like I will not be returning to them ever. No one likes to be overcharged for anything.
